Payments are processed using Stripe, Paddle, or Razorpay and may be initiated through our WooCommerce-based ordering system or other supported checkout methods.

We do not directly store complete debit-card or credit-card numbers.

MooPlugins does not access your Moodle courses, student accounts, course enrolments, grades, completion records, or other Moodle user information merely because you use our managed video-hosting service.

Video completion and student-level analytics ordinarily remain within your Moodle site.

However, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and lawful basis to upload and process any personal information contained within your video files.

Where video content contains personal information and you upload it on behalf of an organization, your organization generally determines why that information is processed, while MooPlugins processes the hosted content to provide the requested service.

If you request technical support, installation, setup, migration, customization, or similar services, we may receive information necessary to perform the work.

8. Backups: Until they are overwritten or deleted through our normal backup cycle.

After a managed hosting service ends, you are responsible for downloading or transferring any video files you wish to retain. After the applicable retention period, files may be permanently deleted and may not be recoverable.

We may retain information for longer where required by law, necessary to resolve a dispute, or required to enforce an agreement.

When information is no longer required, we will delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it until deletion is possible.
